Meet our Marvin Director – Katherine Castro
My name is Katherine Castro, and I am originally from Honduras. I have over nine years of experience in Early Childhood Education, with a background in both classroom teaching and leadership roles, including Assistant Director and Director.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in team leadership, staff development, family engagement, daily operations, classroom management, and licensing and compliance. As a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English, I enjoy building strong relationships with children, families, and educators from diverse backgrounds.
I am passionate about early childhood education and believe that the early years are essential to a child’s development. I am committed to creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments where children can learn and thrive while supporting educators in their professional growth.
I look forward to continuing to grow professionally, embracing new challenges, and making a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and educators.
