Bonus for signing the contract, after completing 3 months of being with us, a compensation is granted to the commitment and loyalty of the new collaborators. Value $500 USD) If they remain in the Program for at least 1 year and continue in the current contract until it ends, they will earn an additional $500.
This bonus is awarded to current collaborators who refer a person to work with us and pass the recruitment process. The bonus would be paid as follows, $200 when signing up, $400 after the trial period and $200 after six months in the Program.
After three months working for SPANISH FOR FUN! We will offer you Total Health Insurance Coverage and cover a percentage of the monthly payment. You can purchase these benefits for you and your family. We will offer consulting in acquiring your health insurance, whether it is offered by the company or what the market offers.
Benefits of vacation days or personal days (accumulated) Holidays: SFF! It offers 16 paid holidays which are divided as follows: One week off in December, 11 holidays during the year chosen by the company.

Extra: Closing day due to snow, the day of your birthday, the company recognizes your payment. 6 hours a year to visit or monitor your children’s schools, plus 6 hours a year for medical appointments.

Paid Sick Days: SFF! Offers paid sick days throughout the year

SFF! will provide Careers Programs that will let you obtain your university degree in Early childhood education. Starting from – certifications, associates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees.

Requirements by Position

The job of the teacher assistant is to support and assist the lead teacher in meeting all the needs of the children and the classroom, complying with the guidelines and responsibilities entrusted. The cook’s main responsibility is to ensure all of our students are always offered healthy meals prepared and served on time in a clean and safe environment.
