Bonus for signing the contract, after completing 3 months of being with us, a compensation is granted to the commitment and loyalty of the new collaborators. Value $500 USD) If they remain in the Program for at least 1 year and continue in the current contract until it ends, they will earn an additional $500.
This bonus is awarded to current collaborators who refer a person to work with us and pass the recruitment process. The bonus would be paid as follows, $200 when signing up, $400 after the trial period and $200 after six months in the Program.
