Requirements by Position
The teacher’s job is to educate the child in an integral way, as well as to ensure their needs and interests. It should strive to stimulate students’ language, emotional, physical, and cognitive development as well as provide meaningful, experiential, and personalized learning situations for all children in their class.
The teacher must also follow professional practices consistent with school policies when working with students, parents, colleagues, and administration. As well as, following the regulations, statutes, and policies of North Carolina.
The job of the teacher assistant is to support and assist the lead teacher in meeting all the needs of the children and the classroom, complying with the guidelines and responsibilities entrusted. It is also the main task to always supervise children as well as taking care of their physical and emotional well-being.
The teacher must also follow professional practices consistent with school policies when working with students, parents, colleagues, and administration. As well as, following the regulations, statutes, and policies of North Carolina.
The cook’s main responsibility is to ensure all of our students are always offered healthy meals prepared and served on time in a clean and safe environment.
Include: Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the school. Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations. Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Assure that all students, parents, and school employees live in a safe-learning-nurturing environment. Constantly improving the quality of the program while taking care of the administration and marketing of the school. Follow professional practices consistent with the preschool policies in working with students, parents, and colleagues.
The Director’s job is to assure that all students, parents, and school employees live in a safe-learning-nurturing environment. The Director must strive to provide this environment for all employees and students by supervising, developing and constantly improving the quality of the program while taking care of the administration and marketing of the school. The Director must also follow professional practices consistent with the preschool policies in working with students, parents, and colleagues.
